North Country Family Health Center, Inc is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center based out of New York. They strive to create a healthier, fairer healthcare system by bringing state-of-the-art healthcare services to populations that are too often overlooked and underserved. NoCo offers an all-in-one place for children and adults to get primary and preventive healthcare care, mobile mammography, dental, and mental health services, case management, insurance enrollment, translation services, and WIC services. Across their four community-based and 12 school-based locations, the team serves over 15,000 individuals every single year.
THE CHALLENGE
To fulfill its mission, NoCo Family Health needed an efficient way to conduct reference checks for all of its hires. Before partnering with Good Egg, NoCo Health's HR team performed these checks manually.
